Automate the work that follows clear rules

Nexys maps repetitive business processes, identifies the decisions software can handle safely and builds workflows that connect the tools your team already uses.

Automation starts with understanding the process.

We document who handles each step, what information they need, where judgement is required and what should happen when data is missing. That map shows whether automation is useful before development begins.

Choose the right level of automation

The level is set separately for each workflow
RecommendThe workflow analyses the information and presents a recommendation. A person decides what happens next.
Prepare for approvalThe workflow completes the repeatable steps and prepares an output. A person reviews and approves it before anything is sent or changed.
Act within limitsThe workflow runs automatically within defined rules, logs each action and routes exceptions to a person. This suits internal work with clear inputs and outcomes.
Use the systems you already haveWhere practical, the workflow connects your mailbox, CRM, accounting software, website or workplace platform instead of replacing them.
Know where the data goesThe written scope identifies each provider, what information it receives, where human review happens and which retention or processing settings can be configured.
Keep control of the workflowThe automation is documented and includes a defined way to pause it. We also agree the fallback process before it handles live work.
How it's priced

Mapping and building the first workflow is quoted against a written scope. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance can then run as a monthly service, particularly when the workflow depends on third-party interfaces that may change.

Usually not. Nexys first checks whether the existing tools provide reliable APIs, exports, webhooks or other supported integration routes. If a system cannot be connected safely, that limitation is explained before the workflow is scoped.

Start with one repetitive process

Tell us which task repeats, who handles it and where the information comes from. We will map the process and explain whether automation is likely to save enough time or reduce enough errors to be worthwhile.
